The living room features two seating areas: fireplace and television. The seafoam sofa is a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

The fireplace is wood-burning but also features a natural gas ignitor to help get the fire started. Any available firewood is yours to use. Operation instructions are under the lamp to the right of the fireplace. Enjoy!
